Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 day of purchase. The return item must be in its original condition, including all tags, packing and accessories and you will receive a prompt refund. We will credit your original payment method less shipping and handling charges. For credit card refunds please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. We will however refund shipping charges on products that are received in error. Defective bats are handled through the manufacturer and your item must be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement. We do not accept returns on customized items and steamed/condition gloves. We encourage you to insure any returned merchandise, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Drop-shipped items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee depending on manufacturer’s policy.

Return Instructions

Option 1: Please ship your package insured and prepaid via shipper of your choice to Suite 1008B, Al Kazim Tower B, Media City, Dubai, UAE. Ensure item is in its store bought condition, including all tags, packing and accessories.

 

Option 2: Create a shipping label with our shipper (still working this out). The return shipping charge will be deducted from your credit. We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages. Dropped-shipped items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% depending on the manufacturer’s policy. Ensure item is in its store bought condition, including all tags, packing and accessories.See separate policies for bats, custom items and media (software/video) returns.

 

Note: We are no longer processing exchanges. Refunds are issued on qualified returns less shipping if Option 2 is utilized. Please place a replacement order for the desired product. Thank you!

 

Software & DVDs

Cannot be returned if opened. If the merchandise is defective, it will be exchanged for the same title only.

 

Custom Merchandise Warranty

We are unable to change or cancel custom items after 3 business days of order receipt. Akadema does not allow a grace period for changes on custom gloves. No changes are allowed after custom glove information is submitted.

 

Manufacturer’s Warranties

All merchandise is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranties, but not against mishandling or uncommon abuse. Defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired depending on the manufacturer’s policy. Any replacements will be of the same stock number, color and size.

 

Bat Warranty

Your new aluminum or composite bat carries a minimum one-year manufacture’s warranty against defects. Organizational purchases made through our purchase program also offer a 30-day return policy for all unused, new bats with a 25% restocking fee.

 

New (Unused) Bat Return

All unused new bats must be in store bought condition and in original shrink wrapped packing to receive a refund, less shipping charges and restocking fee. We will however refund shipping charges on products that are received in error.

 

Defective or Damaged Bat Return

All defective or damaged aluminum or composite bats must be returned to the manufacture for exchange within one year of purchase date. Please call the manufacturer directly to obtain a Return Authorization Number. We recommend that you keep your bat invoice as your proof of purchase.

 

Refusing a Package

You are free to refuse a shipment when it is delivered, however please be aware that doing so will result in additional shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee for purchases made through our purchase program.

Please note, that if you refuse an internationally shipped package that has been received by customs, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for the shipping and any additional fees required to return the package.
